An Aussie woman who thought she could improve the look and value of her home with some furniture shopping while on holiday in Bali has been hit with instant regret. Belle Geros and husband Darren have just completed their forever home in Sydney’s northern beaches and have been working to give the property a beach vibe through Balinese furniture and decor. Ms Geros, who designed the Narrabeen home, took Darren on a recent trip to Bali to include him in the decorating process. It was a move she immediately labelled “foolish” after Darren fell in love with a “monstrosity” Ms Geros is now stuck with at home.
