A contentious battle between millionaire homeowners and their even richer billionaire neighbors involving an oversized mansion and allegedly disobedient dogs may finally be over.After nearly two years of bitter litigation, a Summit County judge dismissed two lawsuits related to a proposed construction project by Matthew Prince, the billionaire founder and CEO of cybersecurity firm Cloudflare, paving the way for him and his wife, Tatiana, to build their dream 11,000-square-foot mansion.The friction began in 2022, when Prince first proposed building a sprawling estate in Park City’s historic Old Town, modeled after historic area mining camps. In early 2024, the Park City Planning Commission narrowly approved the build.
