‘Strong interest’ in $55m Vaucluse abandoned mansion site

A dilapidated Vaucluse mansion and the old home next door has a $55m price guide and it’s attracting strong interest from overseas.“It’s the Opera House and Bridge views,” Hui Xu of Forbes Global Property says of the amalgamated 2,579sqm site.The huge Vaucluse block has iconic views.
