Back in business: Knight Frank, McGrath join forces

Knight Frank is re-establishing its presence through two dual-branded offices, operating in partnership with McGrath, in Hobart and Launceston. A new McGrath Knight Frank office has opened in Hobart, while an already well-established McGrath office in Launceston will be rebranded under the McGrath Knight Frank name. Both offices will offer residential and commercial sales, property management services and commercial valuations and concierge services. The Tasmanian offices will be headed up by existing McGrath franchisee Josh Hart, who has 18 years’ experience in Tasmania’s real estate market, and over $1bn in sales over his career.
