Teenager Olivia Shone says that any Australian can become a property investor if they’re prepared to work hard and sacrifice for their goal. At the age of 19, she has already bought a block of land in her Victorian hometown of Warragul and built a four-bedroom house upon it, despite many real estate professionals not taking her seriously due to her youth. Ms Shone said she could not have accomplished her property dreams without the support of her family, especially her father Luke.
