An apiarist is buzzing with delight and planning to expand their beehives after farewelling a Fitzroy townhouse for $200,000 above reserve on Saturday. Jellis Craig’s David Sanguinedo said four bidders competed for the keys to the three-bedroom abode at 75 Webb St. The home sold to a young professional for $1.95m, a sum six-figures above the $1.75m reserve – thrilling the upsizing owners.
