Residents of The Henry will enjoy a range of resort-style wellness amenities, including a rooftop infinity pool. Patrick McNamee’s earliest involvement in his family’s property development business was an after-school job mowing lawns at a townhouse project at Cherrybrook in Sydney’s Hills District. Now the 37-year-old is in charge of Vermont Property Group, run by McNamees for three generations, and he’s just launched a $205m boutique development called The Henry, which specifically targets downsizers from the Upper North Shore.
