With first pick of the official houses hanging on this week’s scores, the stakes couldn’t be higher. Naturally, this was the exact moment they realised they were vastly behind on insulating — a job Lisa despises because it’s “itchy” — and short on ceiling batts. Rather than letting them wallow, foreman Dan urged the pair to strike a deal with one of their neighbours to borrow a few batts until their fresh delivery arrived.
