An ultra-contemporary trophy home, made famous when pop megastar Justin Bieber stayed there during an Australian tour, has just sold for sold for about $30m, the highest price in Mosman this year. The five-bedroom mansion in Coronation Ave, complete with eight-car garage, has been quietly on the market with a range of Mosman agents since February. Multiple sources said the vendors, former Commonwealth Bank executive Doug Dovey and his wife Debra, wanted $30m, and the talk is they’ve achieved close to it. They pinned the deal on Stefon Bertram, principal of Pello Property, who was known to be preparing the property for a fresh spring campaign. When contacted, Bertram confirmed he sold it, though refused to comment further.
