Music legend Dolly Parton has died at the age of 80, days after revealing that she had been dealing with undisclosed health issues at home. Parton — whose husband, Carl Dean, died in March 2025 — passed away “peacefully” on Aug. 25 in her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee, where the couple lived for decades, having met there when the singer was just a teenager.
