“Role Models” actor Seann William Scott is preparing to part ways with his longtime Malibu estate after overseeing an extensive renovation of the property—which he has now listed for $17.5 million, more than four times the price he purchased it for 22 years ago. The 49-year-old comedic actor, who is perhaps best known for his role as Steve Stifler in the hit "American Pie" franchise, snapped up the idyllic 1.45-acre Malibu Park estate for $3.95 million in 2004, five years after the first movie in that series was released.
