Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger Make Yet Another Attempt To Sell $20 Million Mansion—3 Years After First Listing It

"Jurassic World" star Chris Pratt and his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, have returned their troubled Los Angeles mansion to the market for $19.99 million—marking the fifth time in three years that the custom property has been listed. Pratt, 47, and Schwarzenegger, 36, initially listed the sprawling Pacific Palisades mansion for $32 million in July 2023, but were unable to immediately find a buyer, prompting them to reduce their ask to $29.99 million in October of that same year.
