For years, fragmented data across the homebuilding industry has choked the trades and contractors they partner with, driving excess manual work and scheduling inefficiencies. Amid the rise of AI, companies have emerged with solutions to combat this longstanding problem. Scaffold, an Austin, Texas-based software company, is among them. The startup, founded in 2024, is now preparing for a new phase of growth after securing a $14.85 million seed funding round. Navitas Capital led the seed round with support from other investors and industry leaders like D.R. Horton, PulteGroup, Builders FirstSource and prominent Wall Street housing analyst Ivy Zelman.
