With its acquisition of REMAX Holdings expected to close in the coming weeks, The Real Brokerage has disclosed in its Securities and Exchange Commission filings that upon the close the transaction Jenna Rozenblat will become president of the newly formed Real REMAX Group. Rozenblat is Real’s current chief operating officer and she is also serving as the chief integration officer for the transaction. “Jenna has been an exceptional leader during her tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Real, and we look forward to her continued impact should the deal close as expected,” a Real spokesperson told HousingWire in an emailed statement. This news comes after Real confirmed to HousingWire earlier on Tuesday that REMAX’s current CEO Erik Carlson plans to step down once the acquisition closes and join the Real REMAX Board. Carlson joined REMAX in 2023. In addition to Carlson, Chris Lim, REMAX’s chief growth officer and president, and Travis Saxton, the firm’s executive vice president of strategy, have also announced plans to leave REMAX.
