A seaside development is set to become a playground for the rich and famous, after launching earlier this month and attracting solid interest from Adelaide’s blue chip suburbs. The Views on Browns Rd, Carrickalinga – one hour south of Adelaide – launched a few weeks ago with selling agent Paul Price of Harris Real Estate saying they’d been well received by Adelaide’s elite. “We’ve had some pretty good take up on it to be honest,” Mr Price said, “Initially when we released it we had around 50 inquiries but then when we launched it it was a quite a few months later and the market had changed slightly, but we’re still getting steady interest – they’re pretty elite blocks. “The views are the selling point – the sensational views you get from all the allotments. “It doesn’t matter what block you buy, you’re going to pick up panoramic coastal views and hills views.
