The Rosemont development at New Farm from property development managers Fortis has been launched to the market with sales to begin on September 12. The New Farm project is the newest Brisbane development from Fortis marking another major step in the company’s growing footprint across South East Queensland. Fronting Langshaw St, Bowen Tce and Moreton St, the Brisbane City Council approved plans are set to transform a prominent 5727sq m corner site into a contemporary, lifestyle-focused residential address.
