The Rostrevor home at 27 Sandra Ave sold for more than $1m at auction. A Rostrevor home that no one seemed to want in the lead up to auction has been snapped up for more than $1m. Only a few prospective buyers inspected the four-bedroom home at 27 Sandra Ave throughout its campaign, tempting the vendor to switch strategy. But they are glad they didn’t, with first-home buyers securing the keys with a $1.115m bid. And we did.” Two parties registered to bid on auction day, with the eventual buyers purchasing after seeing it for the first time that morning. “Oftentimes owner-occupier buyers will come and view a house multiple times,” she said.
