Sources told ESPN that Mia Bieniemy, 57, was taken to hospital after the incident—while police officials in Loudoun County confirmed that a person involved in a shooting was being treated for "serious injuries," but declined to reveal their identity. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office confirmed in an official statement that officers had arrived at a property on the block where Bieniemy and his spouse reside in Ashburn, VA, at around 7:32 p.m. ET on July 26.
