Bluegrass Realtors hires Brendan Bailey as CEO

Bluegrass Realtors has hired Brendan Bailey as CEO of the Lexington, Kentucky-based association and its Imagine MLS, the organization announced last week. Bailey joins Bluegrass Realtors from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR), where he has served as CEO for the last three years, according to the association announcement. He brings more than a decade of Realtor association leadership and advocacy experience to the role. Before leading DMAR, Bailey spent five years as CEO of the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley (RAPV) in Springfield, Massachusetts. Earlier in his career, he served as chief operating officer of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors (RRAR) in Cary, North Carolina.
