Legendary luxury name Cipriani has revealed two opulent penthouses atop its Miami residential tower, the brand's only condo in the U.S.Dubbed 1931 Collection, the two triplexes at Cipriani Residences Miami are listed at $33 million for the larger, named San Marco, and $19.8 million for the smaller, called The Torcello.The 950-foot-tall tower is the hospitality brand's first residential development in North America, ushered in by Miami-based Mast Capital, to be delivered in summer 2027. This is nearly a century after Giuseppe Cipriani, Sr. opened the iconic Harry’s Bar in Venice in 1931.Once a small warehouse on a dead-end street near Plaza San Marco, the iconic bar's signature warmth, style, and impeccable service lured famous patrons such as Orson Welles, Gary Cooper, Katherine Hepburn, Charlie Chaplin, Aristotle Onassis, and its patron saint, Ernest Hemingway.Additionally, Giuseppe was a master behind the bar: He invented the Bellini, a mashup of white peach puree and Prosecco, and the signature dish, carpaccio, made from thin slices of raw beef sirloin.
