ENRG Realty has partnered with online estate planning platform Trust & Will to give its agents a new way to support clients with key life decisions after a home purchase or sale, the company announced on Monday. The Seattle-based national boutique brokerage said the partnership will allow its agents to connect buyers and sellers with estate planning tools as part of ongoing post-closing relationships. Trust & Will will work directly with consumers on wills, trusts and related planning, while ENRG agents introduce the service and keep the conversation tied to homeownership, family and long-term goals. “Real estate is deeply personal,” Erinn Nobel, co-founder and president of ENRG Realty, said in the announcement. “Our agents are often alongside people during some of the biggest transitions of their lives. We want them to have meaningful ways to keep showing up for those clients, not because there is another transaction to make, but because the relationship still matters.” Agents can bring up Trust & Will at closing, during annual client check-ins or whenever conversations turn to topics like protecting the home, caring for family members or planning for the future, ENRG ...
