Late actress Diane Keaton's iconic Los Angeles home has officially sold for $18 million—just over eight months after it was returned to the market in the wake of her death. Keaton, who passed away in October 2025 at the age of 79, purchased the property for $4.7 million in 2011 and spent years building her dream abode on the parcel, using the popular photo-sharing app Pinterest for inspiration. She later documented the process in her 2017 book, "The House That Pinterest Built," revealing at the time that the property had completely captured her heart—and was the only dwelling that she could see herself living in long-term. However, in March 2025, Keaton made the decision to part ways with the custom abode, putting it on the market for $28.9 million, although that price was lowered to $27.5 million a few weeks later, before the five-bedroom home was taken off the market altogether in September, two weeks before the actress died.
