Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, the oldest living member of the storied political dynasty, has officially sold her personal Hyannis Port retreat for $1.595 million—after failing in her efforts to turn it into an extension of her family's famed Cape Cod compound. Kennedy Townsend, 74, who is the daughter of former U.S. Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy and his wife, Ethel Kennedy, purchased the charming dwelling for $1.28 million in December 2023, but brought it to the market for just under $1.6 million less than three years later.
