"Ransom Canyon" star Josh Duhamel has officially closed on the sale of his Los Angeles home, offloading the picturesque property for $3.4 million—more than $400,000 over his asking price. Duhamel, 53, listed his longtime residence for $2.99 million on June 25. Within days, the listing was updated to reflect that the property was "pending" sale. Now, Realtor.com® has learned that the deal has officially closed at a much higher price, with Thomas Atamian of Coldwell Banker Realty representing Duhamel, while Andrew Pearce with Sotheby’s International Realty worked with the buyer.
