First homebuyer apartments from $595k planned for Kidman Park

First homebuyers struggling to get into the market have been given a helping hand as almost 40 new apartments are set to hit the market in one of the largest urban infill residential developments in Adelaide’s western suburbs. Supplied The project – the developer’s first apartment venture – is aimed at providing first homeowners greater choice and a lower-priced entry point.
