Late wrestler Hulk Hogan's Florida property has undergone yet another steep price reduction—this time by $1 million. Hogan, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, died at the age of 71 at the Clearwater, FL, home in July 2025, months after he had undergone multiple surgeries and procedures on his neck.The sprawling mansion was one of two adjacent homes that Hogan owned at the time of his death, both of which have since been put on the market.Hogan purchased the larger of the two homes that made up his Florida compound, for $3.33 million in April 2012, before adding the smaller adjacent property for $1.6 million four years later.His primary residence, which is the larger of the two dwellings, was first listed for sale on Jan. 30, six months after his passing, with an ask of $10.98 million. However, the sprawling property has since undergone three very hefty price cuts, the first of which saw the ask dropped to $8.99 million.
