A historical Los Angeles property that late actor Tim Curry spent years carefully restoring to its former glory has come under offer, just hours after news of the "Rocky Horror" star's passing was announced.The sprawling property, which is located in Los Feliz, was purchased by the actor for just $650,000 in 1993—and then underwent a multiyear renovation by Curry, who later showcased the results of the transformation in a shoot for Architectural Digest.Drawing on inspiration from European design style, Curry—who passed away at the age of 80, 14 years after he suffered a major stroke—transformed the house into a warm, eclectic abode that would later be owned by a host of other famous faces, including "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson, "The Pitt" actor Noah Wyle, and "The Big Bang Theory" comedian Jim Parsons.
