"Captain America" star Chris Evans has landed a buyer for his sprawling Los Angeles property, just over two months after he returned the dwelling to the market amid his relocation from California back to the East Coast. The 45-year-old actor first put the dwelling on the market for $6.99 million in May 2025. But after it lingered on the market without attracting a buyer, Evans delisted the home in November of that same year. Then, in June, the stunning property returned with a newly reduced asking price of $6.39 million, as well as an array of new images.Now, Realtor.com® can exclusively reveal that those new images and reduced price may well have worked some movie magic, with records showing that the property is now under contingent offer, meaning that Evans has accepted an offer from a buyer and the deal is now moving toward closing.It is currently unclear what offer has been made and accepted, however.
