Queensland Beaumoor, Beaudesert, Scenic Rim: Planned as a large new community near Beaudesert, Beaumoor is expected to include more than 900 homesites, with parks and open space in the masterplan. Buyers can register interest for the next land release. Boonah Woods, Boonah, Scenic Rim: This rural residential project in the Scenic Rim is planned to include a future park, and more than 200 homesites, with generous lots ranging from 1000 to 1500sqm plus.
