Linda Nero, of Belle Property Northern Beaches, is seeking $2350-a-week tenants, reflecting a 2.2 per cent gross annual rental yield. Realestate.com.au calculates the suburb’s median rental at a record $2500 a week after 23 rentals in the past year. Cleary paid $5.5m for the unrenovated 1950s home in June, when it was sold by the children’s charity Stewart House, which had owned the property since paying $455,000 in 1996. The home is on a 510sq m holding with ocean views, just 100m from the beach.
