The couple later sold the home—now known as the Dolly Parton house—for $1.2 million in 1990.The listing is held by Edward Tinney of Nourmand and Associates and states that the property has not been on the market for 25 years, although it has changed hands a few times since Parton called it home.In recent years, the four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom dwelling has been listed as a rental, asking as much as $28,800 a month at its price-tag peak in February 2021.The 4,689 square foot home was built in 1977, and has undergone quite the transformation over the last four decades.
