Occupied for more than 28 years and freshly recommitted for another decade, the NSW headquarters of the Australian Federal Police (AFP) has hit the market in Sydney’s CBD. The fully leased Commonwealth Government asset at 110 Goulburn St combines office accommodation with specialised infrastructure supporting the AFP’s operations. Colliers has been appointed by German owner Commerz Real to market the property on a 2,170sqm landholding with 173 car spaces, with the current owner now selling as part of an asset recycling strategy. Outside sources not connected to the sale say price expectations could be around $270m, while the new lease including two further three-year options and fixed annual rental increases of 3.75 per cent.
