Stellar MLS expands into Hernando County, Florida via merger

Stellar MLS is expanding its footprint into Hernando County, Florida, following the merger of shareholder West Pasco Board of Realtors and the Hernando County Association of Realtors, the MLS announced Wednesday. As part of the merger, the former Hernando County single-association MLS will be discontinued and Stellar MLS will become the exclusive multiple listing service provider for the newly formed West Pasco Hernando Realtors (WPHR), according to the announcement. The move extends Stellar’s service area to more than 19 counties across Central, Southwest and North Florida and creates continuous MLS coverage along Florida’s Gulf Coast from Charlotte County north through Citrus and now Hernando counties. Stellar MLS said it now supports more than 75,000 customers across 20 Realtor associations in Florida and Puerto Rico, according to the announcement.
