Singer-songwriter Tones & I has listed one of her two Byron Bay investment properties, just as she prepares to join the coaching panel for the 15th season of The Voice Australia. The Dance Monkey hitmaker, whose name is Toni Watson, purchased the Bangalow Rd home for $2,125,000 in 2022 through her company, Johnny Run Away, named after her breakthrough 2019 debut single. The Byron Bay house median peaked in 2022 $3.5m, and has slipped to $2.87m, according to PropTrack, based on 99 house sales in the past year.
