Settlor integrates with TitleSphere, expands transaction data use

Settlor, a national provider of title and settlement services technology, has integrated its title production system with TitleSphere, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for title companies and their sales and marketing teams. The integration connects Settlor’s open-API title production system to TitleSphere’s CRM, allowing title professionals to use transaction data within their production workflow. Settlor said its API allows technology partners to build integrations without the technical and commercial barriers that closed systems often impose. “Working with the Settlor team was genuinely refreshing,” said Hayden Hamilton, CEO and co-founder of TitleSphere. “The API was well-documented and straightforward to work with, and whenever we had a question the Settlor support team was fast, direct and actually helpful.
