SERHANT. upgrades S.MPLE AI platform with Dot assistant

SERHANT. unveiled the next generation of its proprietary AI platform on Wednesday, pitching S.MPLE 2.0 as an “AI chief of staff” that executes entire real estate workflows from a single instruction. The company said S.MPLE 2.0 is built to move beyond task-based chatbots and instead coordinate dozens of specialized AI agents and tools across an agent’s business, including comparative market analyses, listing presentations, marketing campaigns, transaction coordination, financial reporting, compliance and client follow-up. The upgrade is scheduled to begin rolling out to SERHANT. agents in early October, with availability expanding across the company’s markets through the fourth quarter, according to the announcement. The product is led by SERHANT. chief technology officer Greg Chan, whose background includes roles at Amazon, Microsoft and Akoya. Rather than adding another login or dashboard, the company says S.MPLE 2.0 takes a goal such as “prepare for a listing appointment” and handles multiple steps: researching the market, identifying comparable properties, analyzing pricing, building the presentation, applying the agent’s branding and checking the materials against relevant comp...
