Sales open for new $300m over-50s lifestyle community

Liven Communities has officially unveiled its $300m Liven Carabella development in the Toowoomba region, with sales now open at the new over-50s community. The wellness-focused lifestyle community at Gowrie Junction will provide 430 homes a 15-minute drive from the Toowoomba CBD. The first release has 21 homes, with prices starting from $649,500 for a two-bedroom two-bathroom home with a single garage. Each home in the first release includes $8000 worth of premium upgrades, while founding homeowners will also receive a $12,000 settlement reward with the development on a 25ha site at the corner of Gowrie Birnam Rd and Hayden Rd.
