Once Blamed for Housing Shortages, Airbnb Pledges $250 Million To Build Affordable Units

Airbnb is taking steps to assist with the affordable housing crisis by committing an initial $250 million to “last-dollar” construction financing.The U.S. is short an estimated 4 million homes as of 2025.
