Renee Gracie is seeking urgent sale of her mansion after purchasing another home
Online sensation and returning motorsport star Renee Gracie is shifting gears, offloading the luxury Gold Coast estate she bought after banking $1 million in six months.
The renovated mansion hit the market with a price guide of $2.9m but has just been slapped with an urgent update by Avenue Property Gold Coast listing agent Nathan Simon: “Sellers Committed Elsewhere — SUBMIT ALL OFFERS!”
It’s a victory lap for 32-year-old Gracie, who purchased the 4,061 sqm property for $1.33m in early 2021 after pivoting her career when a lack of funding stalled her racing in 2017.

Over the past year, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has undergone a major transformation as Gracie split her time between renovating the mansion and tending to her pet goats and chicken – the buyer can keep 10 laying hens, according to the listing.
Billed as “the ultimate entertainer”, the alfresco zone comprises an inviting pool with waterproof speakers and a custom built-in ice trough to keep the good times flowing, along with a crazy-paved cabana with high-spec outdoor kitchen, hanging daybed and an infra-red sauna.

But Gracie’s biggest flex is the dream car showroom housed in a 12m by 8m shed complete with epoxy floors to fit her custom blue-and-yellow Ford Mustang GT, $170,000 Dodge Ram 1500, and prized motorbikes.
In a 2024 video tour of the property, the ex-V8 Supercars driver said her life had “done a complete 180” from when she left the fiercely male-dominated motorsport industry.
“When I stopped racing I was extremely broke. I wasn’t turning the lights on in my apartment, I was showering at my gym,” she said.
“I went from not being able to order anything, having to take loans out … to making a million dollars in just over six months and buying my multimillion-dollar mansion.”
