The Midway Point property includes some quite affordable upgrades and others that were more expensive to show how a NEAT home can be personalised to a potential client’s style, budget, needs and aesthetics.
Mrs Thompson said the home includes window decals, brushed copper tapware/Led free tapware; acknowledgement of country on the letterbox decal, linen non-toxic curtains, and timber pelmets, which are heat saving as well as a beautiful nod to Mid-Century modern design.
“We used local designers such as Xanderware and Axiom pendants and Lighthouse Signs, transforming a standard glass entrance door into a work of art with an Indigenous design decal by Lizzy Stageman,” she said.
“There is also a timber window seat and timber feature walls.”

Peterswald property representative Bryce Blacklow said the market responded positively to the home with multiple offers received in the first few days on the market.
Mr Blacklow said that at inspections, buyers appreciated some of the finer details, such as the spotted gum timber cladding, polished concrete flooring, feature lighting and high-quality tapware and fixtures.
