Prince Harry has lifted the lid about his royal exit, revealing he slipped into a two-week depression after moving to Canada with Meghan Markle. Speaking during an appearance on MasterClass, the Duke of Sussex explained that leaving the high-pressure royal environment triggered an unexpected physical and emotional crash. “Being in Canada, away from the stressful environment where presumably my body was just pumped full of adrenaline, within two or three days, I experienced this adrenaline crash, something that I’d never experienced before,” the 42-year-old recalled.
