Pauline Hanson One Nation founder David Oldfield sells Northern Beaches for $13.75m

David Oldfield, co-founder of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation, has sold his former matrimonial home in Belrose, which cost $1.89m in 2011. Michael Andrews of Sydney Country Living and Jonathan Fletcher of Domain Project Sales held the listing for the 10,854sq m Forest Way site since last October. Picture: Supplied No sale price has been revealed, but the speculation is that about $13.75m was secured. There had been prior deals which didn’t proceed to settlement, including one in 2021 at $7m. Adjoining the Garigal National Park, it was sold with approval for an over-55s living development with 35 homes and 72-car garaging. It’s understood the latest put and call option has been taken by interests associated with boarding house operator, Pei Long Wu. Oldfield had initially envisaged its development potential in 2016.
