The landmark Glenhaven estate of the Allam property development family has been sold by Merc Real Estate agent Mechlenne Douaihy at an undisclosed price.

But buyers were being told they needed to offer $15m plus, so higher than the current Hills District record set last August at Middle Dural.

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home on Gilmour Close, with garaging for 10 cars, a 14-person sauna, commercial grade bar, a 23m indoor pool, tennis court and gymnasium was a previous Hills record holder.
