In a property landscape where bang for buck is increasingly challenging, Hurstville is quietly making a case for itself as one of Sydney’s value property buys.
Apartments at Horizon in Hurstville start at $672,000.
About 16km south of the CBD, Hurstville is entering a new phase driven by urban renewal, upgraded infrastructure and a growing wave of hospitality and lifestyle options.
Horizon Hurstville, the final stage in the East Quarter Village precinct developed by Masscon and The One Collection, is due for completion later this year.
It will deliver 179 apartments alongside a new retail and food hub St Clair Lane.
A mix of eateries and shops including Woolworths, the laneway was named in honour of the local music studio where the Bee Gees recorded their hit album Spicks and Specks in 1966.
Designed by DKO Architecture, the 19-storey Horizon Hurstville was created to capture sweeping views across Botany Bay, Georges River to the city skyline.
