Newly-appointed Carlton president Rob Priestley and his wife, Swans non-executive director Alex Goodfellow, are selling their historic Sydney mansion with $43m-$47m price hopes.
Carlton president Rob Priestley and his wife, Swans non-executive director Alex Goodfellow, have put Harston House in Mosman, Sydney, on the market.
The Blues announced Mr Priestly would take over the leadership role from outgoing president Luke Sayers, in February.
Mr Priestley is also the investment bank and financial institution J.P. Morgan Australia and New Zealand’s former chairman, while Ms Goodfellow is organisational consulting firm Korn Ferry Australasia’s vice chair.

She joined the Swans’ board in 2015 and her previous roles have included serving as chair of The Children’s Hospital at Westmead Grace’s funding committee, in Sydney’s west.
The couple’s impressive Federation-era home in harbourside Mosman is set on a 2462sq m land parcel and offers views across Quakers Hat Bay.
The circa-1896, five-bedroom property, surrounded by hedges and manicured gardens, features a pool and access to a jetty, mooring and boat shed.
Forbes Global Properties Ken Jacobs described the residence, known as Harston House, as a beautiful family home.
“It’s a really classic Mosman house, it’s on a double block that’s north-facing, is on the waterfront and has a boat shed,” he said.

Mr Jacobs said the abode was also fantastic for entertaining.
Many of the rooms open to verandas while visitors can be hosted in the multiple living areas, formal rooms with fireplaces or the wine cellar and tasting room, or even stay in the separate guest wing.
The main house’s kitchen is fitted with a built-in dining bench and an integrated fridge and freezer.
A palatial-like main bedroom suite showcases a walk-in wardrobe and dressing room, ensuite and balcony.
Other highlights include a home gym, two office areas, a spa and family room offering an adjoining bathroom, powder room and pantry area.

Mr Jobs said Harston House was a rare offering in Mosman with properties of a similar size and offering water views only coming to market roughly every five years or so, if that.
He said there had been a flurry of interest from local buyers since the property was listed yesterday.
The house, which is for sale via expressions of interest, is close to public transport, schools, Mosman village, Middle Harbour Sailing Club, Balmoral beach and Manly beach.
Mosman’s record house price was set by a six-bedroom house which sold for an undisclosed amount in October 2025, but which was confirmed to have set a new suburb benchmark of more than $43m at the time.
