Football player Curtis Taylor is set to say goodbye to his Moonee Ponds townhouse.
Former Kangaroo player Curtis Taylor’s Moonee Ponds townhouse is under offer with a sale expected north of $1.45m.
Following his 2019 debut in the AFL, Taylor played 76 games with North Melbourne across six seasons.
In 2025, he joined Collingwood’s VFL team after being delisted by the ‘Roos following a 12-month period in which he experienced back, calf and Achilles issues, and underwent surgery.

Along with his brother Gus, Taylor has now signed with Rosebud in the Mornington Peninsula Football Netball League.
He’s also dating Hannah Ilhan, the daughter of the late Crazy John’s mobile phone retail empire founder John Ilhan and businesswoman and philanthropist Patricia Ilhan.
Taylor listed his four-bedroom, triple-storey townhouse for sale in August.
At the time, the forward told the Herald Sun it had been a great first home where he’d enjoyed hosting family Christmases, cooking for visitors and watching sports in the second living area.
Taylor hosted friends including his best mate from the Kangaroos, Cam Zurhaar, and fellow teammates Jaidyn Stephenson and Charlie Comben at the townhouse.

The townhouse features polished timber floors, plantation shutters, integrated ducted heating and cooling, and ducted vacuum.

The abode features an open-plan living and dining area which opens to a terrace, while the kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, stone benchtops, an island bench and soft-close cabinetry.
Polished timber floors, a garage and the main bedroom’s ensuite spa bath and north-facing balcony are among the other highlights.
During his time at the home, Taylor repainted indoors and outdoors, re-stained the balcony’s wall panels and installed artificial turf in the garden.
He described the local community as friendly with neighbours who offered to help mow the nature strip.

Rendina Real Estate director Lou Rendina said the townhouse had mostly attracted interest from families and couples, plus a few downsizers.
Mr Rendina declined to comment on the price, which was undisclosed, but industry sources indicated the home was expected to change hands within its $1.45m-$1.55m asking range.
A family with children who had previously been living in the local area are behind the offer.
“The mum loved the street and the location,” Mr Rendina said.
Two of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom including the main with a spa bath.
Another attraction was the home’s proximity to Moonee Ponds train station and Puckle St’s eateries and shops.
“She liked the fact there was living in the middle, and downstairs had two bedrooms and a rumpus room which could be the kids’ bedrooms and also give them some space and independence,” he said.
Mr Rendina said the local market had picked up since 2025 with good-quality homes now being snapped up faster.
