A groundbreaking urban transformation is powering ahead at Brisbane’s most-elevated masterplanned community, The Quarry, as Frasers Property Australia celebrates the sale of its 100th home site to a local southside couple.
Owner occupiers Gabriel and Mariana Boni are part of several purchasers at The Quarry who have made the move north to live within the $500m hillside precinct at Keperra.
Mr Boni said they fell in love with the community during a 12-month search for the perfect place to upsize and plant their roots.
“We have lived on Brisbane’s southside for many years and are looking forward to joining The Quarry community to explore the surroundings, enjoy the private facilities and parks, and catch up more regularly with friends that live in the area,” he said.

“The Quarry is a very special and unique pocket of Brisbane, and I immediately felt that was the place I was looking to call home.”
Spanning 48.7ha, the transformation of The Quarry features a mix of about 400 elevated home sites, which is being brought to life by extensive placemaking and the resident-exclusive resort-style amenity including lap and children’s pools, gymnasium and Resident Club called ClubQ.
Mr Boni said he and his partner would build a modern two-storey five-bedroom home with a coastal facade, designed to be low maintenance both inside and out.
“We are looking to add a bath with views from the master bedroom ensuite, and open-plan living with large sliding doors to the exterior area,” he said.

“We chose The Quarry over other projects for its unique landscape, beautiful common areas and private facilities, proximity to public transport and Brisbane CBD, and the exclusive community feel.”
Frasers Property Australia general manager development Queensland, Scott Ullman, said The Quarry’s strong sales results had continued into 2025.
“Since our first release in 2023, The Quarry community has been buzzing with construction on the first homes which are now nearly complete along Ridgeline Way, and our latest releases are proving popular amongst new buyers,” he said.
“We launched Release Five in December 2024 and we’ve already sold out.

These 14 lots were highly admired for their proximity to ClubQ and generous sizes at price points offering significant value our buyers can appreciate.
“The Quarry’s most-elevated collection of premium home sites in Release Four launched at the same time and we only have a handful available.
“Starting at $1.135m, these home sites are extremely elevated and capture uninterrupted views to either the east or the west and lend themselves to stunning home designs.”
The Quarry has just launched one of its most special and highly-elevated collection of land lots featuring 13 home sites with panoramic views of the Glass House Mountains, D’Aguilar Ranges and Moreton Bay.

Located in Brisbane’s northwest, Keperra is an established suburb 9.5km from the CBD, with strong demand for new housing supply due to its proximity to schools, healthcare and major transport infrastructure.
The existing Keperra Quarry, which mines granite, has operated for more than 60 years and will progressively curb operations as development of the residential stages advances.
