Melbourne’s elite are ramping up for an early spring sell off, with a bevy of high-end Toorak and South Yarra homes hitting the market this week. Late on Wednesday a Gawith Court, Toorak, estate overhauled by AFL WAG Lauren Tarrant, married to ex-Collingwood Magpie Chris Tarrant, and bought by wealthy Liying Zhang in 2024 has hit the market with a $19m-$20.9m asking price.
