Melbourne house with ‘$1m garden’ heads to auction

A Melbourne house with a garden designed by Chelsea Flower Show gold medallist Scott Wynd has hit the market, with its owners claiming the grounds alone would cost $1 million to replace. The six-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 3 Obeah Court, Lysterfield in Melbourne's south-east is heading to auction on October 24, with a price guide of $3.59 million. Homeowners Markus and Susanna Koch bought the property 16 years ago and were drawn to the home's six bedrooms and four separate living areas, which let their growing family spread out.
