Mark ‘Soda’ Soderstrom’s Leabrook home under contract

Mark Soderstrom’s Leabrook home has is under offer. The home of media identity Mark ‘Soda’ Soderstrom and his family has been snapped up. The Leabrook character home’s online listing shows it is under contract, less than three weeks after it hit the market. It is not known how much the property was snapped up for. Selling agent Georgie Todd, of Harris Real Estate, declined to comment. Mr Soderstrom – a television and radio sports presenter and former SANFL star – called the property at 2 Bretwalder Ave home for more than a decade. He said when it hit the market earlier this month that he bought it in 2014 attracted to its location, pool and lifestyle opportunities it offered his children. “The pool is fantastic and, with three little kids, the opportunity to have a swimming pool has been brilliant,” he says. “They’ve all learned to swim in there and it’s a really big pool and much deeper than normal, so it’s just been an amazing place for the kids to grow up, have fun, have all their mates over and really enjoy it.
